New Director of Food and Beverage announced for
Peppermill Resort Spa Casino
(Reno, NV) – Chef Michael Schreck first joined the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino in 2002 as sous chef in the beautiful White Orchid restaurant. In 2010, Schreck, a graduate of the Culinary Academy, served as Chef de Cuisine at Oceano and Biscotti’s. Returning to the Peppermill as Director of Food and Beverage after recently opening a branch of the popular Reno restaurant Campo in Mammoth, Schreck is excited to tackle the challenge and bring the “foodie” movement to the Resort.
“Our program will mirror what’s happening in good food, good cocktails and great service. There is a terrific movement in food and beverage happening throughout Reno and I’m excited to have the Peppermill be a part of it,” stated Schreck.
