• Guarantee applies only to reservations made at www.PeppermillReno.com. Guests must have a Peppermill Resort Spa Casino confirmation number.
• For purposes of this Best Internet Rate Guarantee, the "rate" includes the room rate only and does not include any taxes or tariffs (i.e. federal, state or local) or any guest fees or charges which may be imposed by the hotel on the guest's stay. All claims must also be reflective of the room rate only, and must not include any taxes or tariffs.
• Guest must submit the claim within 24 hours after booking the original Peppermill Resort Spa Reno reservation and at least 72 hours before scheduled arrival. If the original reservation was made within 72 hours of arrival, the Best Rate Guarantee is not applicable.
• The competing rate on another Web site must not include exclusive limited time promotions by Peppermill for our approved travel partners' use. 
• The competing rate on another Web site must be for the same room type, same dates, same number of guests, in the same currency, and must be publicly viewable and able to be booked via the Internet. A viewable rate means that the general public can view the rate on the Web site. Able to be booked means that the rate is available and can be reserved online. Special rates available only to members of membership clubs or programs do not qualify.
• Peppermill Resort Casino Reno customer service agents must be able to verify that the claim meets all conditions of the Best Internet Rate Guarantee and these Terms and Conditions, and that it has been properly submitted.
• For a multiple night stay, the total room cost for the stay will be evaluated in determining whether the other Web site has a lower rate.
• Any rate change is not effective until the guest receives written confirmation.  Claims will be responded to within 48 hours. Claims submitted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day. If a guest's stay begins before written confirmation is received, the original rate will remain in effect. Refunds will be issued accordingly. The Peppermill Resort Reno recommends that the written confirmation of any rate change be presented by the guest at check-in.
• The Best Internet Rate Guarantee applies only to published rates available to the general public. Group rates, corporate rates, wholesale rates, affinity/association rates or rates which are part of a travel package which includes more than hotel accommodations do not qualify.
• The Best Internet Rate Guarantee does not apply to unauthorized websites who are not directly affiliated with the Peppermill. 
• The rates available under this Best Internet Rate Guarantee cannot be combined with any other special promotional offers or discounts.
• Void where prohibited by law. The Peppermill Resort Casino Reno reserves the right to modify, alter, suspend or terminate this Best Internet Rate Guarantee at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion.
