Video:

  • (18) Christie 7000 Lumen High Def Projectors for our meeting rooms. For reference, typical convention meeting room projectors are 3000 lumen projectors, with no HD capabilities.
  • (8) Barco 14,000 Lumen Laser Projectors that are capable of 4K imagery for our larger events.
  • A Triton LED system consisting of 3.9mm panels with the flexibility to assemble in any configuration up to an 80’ x 20’ LED wall. This includes a 360-degree LED wall floor to ceiling with a 20’ diameter, capable of projecting a 4k image.
  • Barco E2 Event Master and S3 and EC200 controller for unlimited control of any imagery on all video surfaces.
  • Panasonic AV-HS600 2ME Video Switcher for switching live video for all events
  • Apple MacBook Pros with Playback Pro Software for all meeting video content playback.
  • Vectorworks 3D drafting and visualization software for assisting in drafting up all larger events to help with room layouts.

Audio:

  • (32) Shure wireless ULX-D digital Microphone kits including rechargeable handhelds and lavalieres. This cuts down drastically on the amount of disposable AA batteries we use each month.
  • (8) Shure Axient Digital wireless microphones with upgraded KSM8 Capsules for high-end business meetings. These have upgraded stability, clarity and range, along with real-time frequency monitoring to eliminate any issues during live events.
  • (1) Lectrosonic wireless digital audio measurement system to enable tuning of any audio system from any portion of the ballroom wirelessly.
  • (2) Earthworks Flexmic podium premium cardioid  podium microphones for high end events.
  • (2) top-of-the-line DPA Headset mics.
  • (1) Avid Venue S6L Digital Audio Console with the Wave SoundGrid Network for Front of House control of our new sound system.
  • New sound system audio amplification driven by a digital Dante networking system.
  • A new JBL Line Array audio system which includes (24) VTX A12 Dual 12” line array speakers, (48) VTX A8 Compact Dual 8” line array speakers, and (32) VTX B18 Single 18” subwoofers. This system uses advanced wave-guides and patented 4th generation differential drive technology. They are also IP55 rated for outdoor use,
  • (2) Catchbox throwable microphones for audience interaction.

  • Grand MA 3 lighting console for large events, with everything controlled digitally by Artnet. The Grand MA is the most popular line of lighting consoles for all major tours.
  • (16) Robe Lighting Mega Pointes moving lights.
  • (8) Robe Spiider RGBW LED Wash moving lights with a 4 degree to 50 degree zoom.
  • (32) Robe LEDBeam 150 RGBW LED Wash moving lights with a 4 degree to 60 degree zoom.
  • (2) MasterFX Mystic Premier Haze Generators with water-based haze fluid and variable density fog.
  • 2 Froggy Fog Bubble machines with imbedded fog inside the bubbles
  • The largest inventory in the area of in-house gobos with the ability to customize for any event. We can also custom order gobos for any client with their artwork or logos in glass or metal.
  • Renovation of lighting system in our Capri ballroom that included replacement of analog dimmer bars with updated custom designed power and data raceways.
  • Energy efficient Source4 LED RGB Color changing lighting instruments controlled by a new ETC Colorsource AV Lighting Console, which gives the flexibility to change color on any lighting instrument from the console without having to use gel.

Casino:

  • Hundreds of digital screens around property operated with Scala system to be utilized for directional signage, advertising, welcome messages, or important attendee information
  • Customizable welcome channel on the Sonifi hotel television system used for welcome information.
  • Sonifi Hotel TV rental channel available for convention guests to display their content to attendees.
  • In-house installation of a 110’’ curved custom Samsung fine pitch LED digital wall in the Sportsbook, done in a 10-day period.
  • Each booths has individual touch screen control to give the ability to control volume, channel changing, and booth light.
  • The Sportsbook has (12) Dish Network receivers for the race side, (11) Direct TV receivers for the Sports, and 10 customized Scala outputs used to display betting odds and video art.
  • (2) Selfie Screen video walls around property that give guests the ability to have their picture taken in front of a video of their choosing from our Windows of the World video art collection.
  • Property restaurants have custom-made touch screen menus to assist menu navigation.  
  • Viewsonic Digital signage ePoster kiosks in each of the Tuscany meeting rooms to upgrade meeting room digital signage for a cleaner, more modern look.
