With craft cocktails and gorgeous views, Terrace Lounge is the place to be for an upscale, intimate experience. Set in a rotunda with gorgeous views of the pools and gardens, the plush furnishings and grand chandelier are as captivating as they are welcoming. The bar boasts seasonal cocktails and mocktails made with locally-sourced ingredients and over 390 exclusive whiskies rarely available to the public.

The Terrace Lounge hosts free live music every night, and provides the perfect platform for local and up-and-coming artists alike to showcase their talent to a new audience. Coupled with small plates from Biscotti’s, the Terrace Lounge is the perfect escape for a night on the town.

Scum and Villainy

Cardamom infused Wild Turkey 101 bourbon, house-made salted pistachio syrup and a few dashes of orange bitters, stirred down and served on a rock with a pistachio orange and chocolate dipped biscotti made by the Peppermill bakery.

The Witching Hour

Widow Jane Paradigm rye whiskey stars in this version of a Manhattan with house-made brown sugar and toasted pecan Rooibos based syrup, Ramazzotti amaro, and a few dashes of both orange and Angostura bitters. Stirred down, served up with a house-made pecan praline.

Oh My Darlin’

Bright, fresh winter citrus features in our take on the Negroni. House-made cordial of clementine, mandarin, and blood orange feature with Aperol, Lo Fi sweet vermouth and citrus forward St. George Spirits Valley gin. Stirred down and served over a rock.

The Magnificent Seven

A tequila sour tribute to classic Mexican Ponche. Featuring a house-made syrup of seven plus ingredients including guava, tamarind, hibiscus, apple, pineapple, cinnamon, and spices all simmered with St. George Spiced Pear liqueur. Shaken with Cantera Negra tequila, a touch of fresh lemon, and served up.

A Pack of Pickled Peppers

St. George Green Chile vodka infused with fresh dill combines with a house-made pickling brine of mini bell, shishito, and jalapeno peppers, sweet yellow onion, and cucumbers to make the dirtiest of dirty martinis. Served up with a few drops of house-made dill oil and plenty of pickled peppers.

Eggnog? We don’t know her. Cinnamon infused barrel proof Wild Turkey Rare Breed bourbon blends with a sweet, cinnamon spiced house-made horchata. Shaken and served tall on the rocks.

Rich, house-made white miso caramel is the base for this delicious Tiki inspired cocktail featuring Planteray OFTD Overproof rum, Malahat Spiced rum, a touch of St. Elizabeth Allspice dram and house-made roasted almond orgeat. Shaken, served up.
