With craft cocktails and gorgeous views, Terrace Lounge is the place to be for an upscale, intimate experience. Set in a rotunda with gorgeous views of the pools and gardens, the plush furnishings and grand chandelier are as captivating as they are welcoming. The bar boasts seasonal cocktails and mocktails made with locally-sourced ingredients and over 390 exclusive whiskies rarely available to the public.
The Terrace Lounge hosts free live music every night, and provides the perfect platform for local and up-and-coming artists alike to showcase their talent to a new audience. Coupled with small plates from Biscotti’s, the Terrace Lounge is the perfect escape for a night on the town.
Smoking Bishop
Our tribute to the classic Victorian winter favorite. A gin sour with house-made mulled wine syrup of Daou Pessimist red blend, Grahams 6-year port, Cointreau, fresh orange, cinnamon and cloves. A tribute to the famous smashable chocolate orange! Wild Turkey 101 bourbon, Ramazzotti amaro, and Campari are rice washed (rice washing mellows the hard edges and creates a smooth texture) and stirred with a touch of orange bitters. Our mocktail version of an Aperol Spritz features Lyre’s non-alcoholic Rosso with their non-alcoholic Classico Sparkling wine with a hint of Guava. Shaken, served over.
