In June 2012 our 49th annual meeting was held at the Peppermill Hotel in Reno NV. As the hotel coordinator for this annual event we utilize a different property each year. After working with the Carrie Rogers from the first introduction through the end of our event, the Peppermill created a meeting environment that was second to none. They assisted in every aspect of looking at what best fit our meeting requirements, food choices, and assisting in preparing our Reception and Banquet.
Many of our attendees mentioned that they felt like they were in a part of Italy with all of the decorations and décor of the Tuscany design which includes the outdoor pool area and European Spa.
What impressed me the most is that after my wife and I arrived at the hotel to attend a pre-function meeting, every department supervisor was in attendance along with the OWNER of the hotel to make sure that all aspects of the meeting were covered and I was able to put a face with a name.
Our group only consists of about 150 people, so for them to put this type of effort into what I am sure is considered a small group was unbelievable. If you are planning on having an event in the western region of the U.S. I would strongly recommend the Peppermill Hotel in Reno NV.
