Temporary Closure FAQ

Why did you close?

In a press conference  March 17, 2020, Governor Sisolak ordered the temporary closure of all casinos in the state of Nevada due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Peppermill Resort will be temporarily closed starting March 18, 2020.

 What happens to my trip that I booked between now and May 15th?

All reservations have been cancelled and all refunds have been deposited to your account.  Please contact our Accounting Department with  any questions at 775-689-7215.

When can I book a future trip?

Future reservations can be made now for reservations after June 4, 2020. 

When do you re-open, where can I find the most up-to-date info?

Please monitor our website for the latest updates.

What happens to Special Event offers and Free Play that I had available during the closure?

All Special Events, Promotions and Direct Mail offers that were available during the closure have been cancelled. Once we resume normal business activity, please contact Passport Rewards or your Casino Host for more details.

How do I get Win/Loss Statement

Win/Loss statements are available on our website under the Passport Rewards tab. Please call 775-689-7012 if you have any questions regarding your statement.

How do I get copy of W2G or info on 1099-misc?

Please call 775-689-7012 to receive a copy of your W2G or 1099-misc.

 I don’t have my account number. How do I log in to print my Win/Loss statement?

Please call 775-689-7012 if you are having trouble accessing your account.

What will happen to my comp dollars?

Comp dollars will not expire during this time. 

 What will happen to my tier status next year since I couldn’t play during this closure?

After we re-open for normal business activity, we will offer many more opportunities in the way of Tier Point Multiplier Days so that you can maintain your desired Tier Status.

 Will I get the free play offers that were sent to me for March or April?

No. All offers that were  scheduled during the closure are invalid. Please check your email and mailbox for future offers

 What happens to my reservation if I was booked on a Charter flight to Peppermill Reno?

All flight reservations and attached hotel reservations have been cancelled. If there was a cash payment associated with the reservation it has been refunded to your account.

 Quarterly Drawing Update

The Lucky 5 Quarterly Drawing has been rescheduled for July 17th and 18th.  All Drawing tickets will be carried over from before the closure of the casino. Earning period is now February 23rd through July 18th.

 Spell to Win Promotion

The Lucky 5 Collect and Win Promotion has been extended through July 17th and 18th.  All letters collected will be carried over from before the closure of the casino.

 How can I cash Chips, Slot Tickets, and Sportsbook Tickets?

Any outstanding slot tickets, sports and race tickets, or table chips can be mailed in for redemption.  Please mail these items to:
2707 S. Virginia St., Reno NV 89502, Attention: Accounting Department. Please be sure to include the address you wish your check mailed to.

 How can I reclaim my Front Money, Safety Deposit Boxes and items left on property.
