After working in the grocery industry for ten years, Collin decided to take a leap of faith and pursue a new career. He started as a Junior Marketing Coordinator, and with hard work and help from mentors, became the Manager of Special Events and Promotions within four years. During those four years, he has most enjoyed the friendliness of his coworkers, the Peppermill guests, and meeting Al Pacino.
