User Support Desk / PC Technician

The User Support Desk/PC Technician will help provide corporate-wide day-to-day 1st level help desk technical support to users of desktop systems.



·Desire to work with people.

·Minimum of 6 months, 1 one year technical customer service or other relevant experience.

·Must have excellent customer service demeanor, verbal communication skills.

·Strong working knowledge of desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.

·This position will be part of an on-call rotation.
