The Lead Front Desk/Passport Agent assists the Hotel Shift Manager and coordinates and manages the activities of the front desk team to ensure smooth operation for producing excellent feedback and guest satisfaction. Assists Hotel Shift Manager in maintaining same day room inventory and selling strategies. Assists on the front line as needed and ensures duties are completed accurately, efficiently and timely.

Maintains a friendly, professional, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
Minimum 1-year customer service required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Computer knowledge and experience in Microsoft office applications such as excel, and word is preferred.
