The Gift Shop Assistant Manager works closely with Retail associates while overseeing daily operations, creates schedules, trains new associates, conducts performance reviews and supports Retail management team. Other responsibilities include; placing weekly Sundry and Beverage orders, receiving product, performing quarterly inventories and ensuring that the store is fully stocked and maintains a pleasing aesthetic.

Must be 21 years of age.
Must maintain professional appearance and attitude.
Must have a “Hands-On” approach.
Ability to supervise various types of personalities with understanding and compassion.
Able to handle difficult situations in a professional manner.
Strong administrative and computer skills.
Able to multi task and stay organized.
Prior experience in training, conducting reviews and creating schedules is required.
Merchandising Experience or a Creative Flair.
Ability to lift 15 pounds.
