The Cashier/Cooks Helper is responsible for preparing the necessary prep work for the daily production and will assist the Chef and Cooks with running an efficient, professional kitchen, and help maintain its cleanliness while providing guests with effective, efficient, friendly service.

Qualifications:

• Desire to work with people.

• One or more years’ experience in hotel restaurant/casino outlets specializing in high volume is preferred.

• Must be available to work any day of the week and any shift.

• Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.

• Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills.

• Must be 16 years of age.

• Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs. to chest and 75 lbs. on occasion.

• Must be able to speak and understand English.
