HR Employee Relations Coordinator

The Employee Relations Coordinator provides support to the HR Director, Department Directors, Managers and Employees by promoting the company’s open door policy and core company culture. Reports to the HR Managers and Director. Essential functions will include conducting employee/manager related investigations and being an advocate for positive change with regards to performance, behaviors and process improvements. This is a fun and fast-paced environment with many opportunities to grow and be a part of something truly great.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be bilingual in Spanish/English.
Human Resources experience a plus.
Previous employee relations or other transferable management skills is required.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, expressing ideas clearly, and actively listening to thoughts and ideas of others.
Must be able to relate well with employees at all levels and be able to resolve issues with managers and employees.
