Providing the best hotel service and amenities is an art that the Peppermill Reno has perfected over 40 years.

This position can start at $16.00/hour and is not a remote position.

The Reservation Agent is self-motivated, provides excellent customer service and is professional in demeanor. Should desire to work in a fast-paced high call volume environment while meeting established guidelines and have the ability to adapt to an always changing environment.

Qualifications:

• A fun attitude.

• Contagious smile.

• Desire to work with people.

• Programs include, but are not limited to: LMS, CMS, Outlook and Excel.

• Previous Hotel or Call Center Experience preferred.

• May be required to work varying schedules that reflect the business needs of the Hotel.
