The Assistant Master Cook (Line Cook) is responsible for the daily production for one of many fabulous Western Village restaurants. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining the highest quality food products, with a commitment to excellence in cuisine.
·A fun attitude.
·Desire to work with people.
·Prefer 2 or more years in hotel/casino or restaurant culinary teams.
·Culinary background should include high volume, quality cuisine and sanitation skills.
·Must be able to lift at least 20 to 30 lbs. repeatedly and 75 lbs. on occasion.
