Players Service Representative

The Player Service Representative is responsible for interacting with guests at the Rewards Center and on the Casino floor. Promoting the Passport Rewards club and casino events in a professional manner.
·A fun attitude.
·Desire to work with people.
·Customer service experience preferred.
·Must have 10 key and typing experience (30 WPM) and the ability to learn and utilize a variety of computer systems/programs.
·Must be able to effectively communicate as well as speak, read, and write in English.
·Player Service Reps may be required to work varying schedules that reflect the business needs of the department.
