The Contract Administrator is responsible for administering the terms of a contract between the parties involved. From the initial pre-contract services till the end of the contract.

·Previous contract administrating, and leadership experience preferred.
·A working knowledge and experience in the construction industry and all other related trades, including lien releases.
·Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
