WV Master Cook

The Master Cook is responsible to work any and all stations in any given restaurant. These cooks must have a high level of culinary talent, have basic supervisory responsibilities and are capable of operational decisions in the absence of the chef.
·A fun attitude.
·Desire to work with people.
·Prefer 3 or more years in hotel/casino or restaurant kitchens.
·Culinary background should include high volume, quality cuisine and sanitation skills.
·Must be able to lift at least 20 to 30 lbs. repeatedly and 75 lbs. on occasion.
·Must be at least 18 years of age.
