What a scary step to go from Las Vegas to Reno for our annual convention...BUT what a wonderful surprise to have my attendees happier at the Peppermill in Reno. Hotel, food and service were topnotch...we are happy to return in 2011!

Reno, the Adventure place and the Peppermill Hotel...what a great combination for our 2500 convention attendees. Between the beautiful rooms, great food, outstanding exhibit hall and topnotch service, we are very happy to be returning in future years.

Our group was one of the first to use the new Tuscany ballroom for a trade show.  Our trade shows normally run over 4 days and include a number of receptions, dinners and presentations.  It is always hard to change show locations, but the Peppermill team made it an easy transition and a very successful first show.  We have since used the Peppermill for 4 shows over the past two years.  We have our next show scheduled for the upcoming year there. 

Our response from our attendees has been great to the property for all of its offerings and hotel set-up.  The Peppermill team has been “exceptional” to work with in meeting our needs in planning and of course the last minute requirements and changes!!! 

The complete package of property and staff are the key reasons for us returning for our shows.

The results are in and the details are finalized...this was, by far, our best event ever, and that spans a ten-year period of time. Your team clearly raised the bar for themselves and for us. We have been involved in events where good enough was that, good enough. But in the case of the Peppermill crew, good enough wasn't. Everyone stepped up and put a professional touch on our conference from beginning to end. Please extend a special thanks to catering and the audio-visual crew.
