Who Qualifies/Conditions?

• Corporate, Association and Government Meeting Planners
• Planners with a minimum meeting budget of $50,000
• Planners with meetings yielding a minimum of 500 room nights
• Planners who are considering meeting/incentive destinations for which a site has not been selected
• Independent planners must indicate clients/industries served
• Attendance only open to buyers who reside in the United States
• Meeting Planners must attend all Saturday functions to receive reimbursement
