Who Qualifies/Conditions?

    * Corporate, Association and Government Meeting Planners
    * Planners with a minimum meeting budget of $50,000
    * Planners with meetings yielding a minimum of 500 room nights
    * Planners who are considering meeting/incentive destinations for which a site has not been selected
    * Independent planners must indicate clients/industries served
    * Attendance only open to buyers who reside in the United States
