Pai Gow Poker
Pai Gow Poker is played with a regular deck of 52 cards plus one
Joker. The Joker can be used only as an Ace, or to fill out a straight,
flush or straight flush. Each player will receive seven cards. You then
arrange your cards into two hands (one of five cards and one of two
cards), using traditional poker rankings. The five-card hand must rank
higher than the two-card hand. For example, if your two-card hand is a
pair of fives, the five-card hand must contain at least a pair of sixes
or better. The object of the game is for both of your hands to rank
higher than both of the banker's hands. Your cards are compared to the
banker's cards. If both your hands rank higher, you win. Winning bets
are paid even money (1 to 1) and a five percent commission is charged
on the bet.
Baccarat
Baccarat uses an eight-deck shoe from which two hands are dealt: the bank's hand and the player's hand. You may bet on either. The hand totaling nine, or the closest to nine, wins! Face cards and 10s count as zero. With a two-digit number, only the last digit counts. For example, if the bank has a King and a 9 (total of nine), and the player has two 9s (total of 18), the bank wins nine over eight. Players deal cards from the shoe. As soon as a player wins, the shoe moves to the next player. All winning bank bets are subject to a five percent commission payable at the end of the shoe (each player's deal) or when the player departs.
Let It Ride!
It's a fast-paced table game with new chances every time a card turns. Here's the Deal: After placing three equal bets, you're dealt three cards. If you like them, Let It Ride! If you don't like them, take back your first bet. After the dealer turns over the first of two community cards, reassess your hand. If you like it now, Let It Ride!, or take back your second bet. When the dealer turns over the second community card, all winners are paid.
