Win/ Loss Statement requests for the current year will be processed the first week of the upcoming year and will be mailed to the address we have on file. Requests for Prior year Statements will be processed within 7 business days and will also be sent in the mail. If you have a change of address or request specific handling of this statement, please call Amy Villariza at 800-648-6992 ext. 7012.

Please be aware that the tracking system used by us to arrive at this amount is dependent upon you using your Peppermill Passport membership card. Therefore, we are only able to provide you with an estimate of your gaming activity.

Please keep in mind these figures do not include or reflect slot tournament or event weekend winnings.
