RULES for Peppermill Reno WEEKLY WEB WINNERS

• Peppermill Reno WEEKLY WEB WINNERS is a DRAWING in which you have a chance to win a $50 gift certificate by correctly completing the game form located on the registration web page. YOU MAY ENTER ONCE EACH WEEK. Every week on Monday we will draw a winner at random from the prior weeks entries. The drawing will be posted between 6:00 am and noon Pacific Time. The winner will be posted on the "GAMING" page of our website (www.peppermillreno.com).
• The Contest is open only to persons 21 years or older. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
• Limit one entry per person EACH WEEK. All entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Your entry will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Peppermill Reno, if your attempt (1) to enter the Contest through any means other than through the Peppermill Reno web page; or, (2) to disrupt the Contest or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Rules.
• Prizes: Each week: One (1) winner will receive a $50.00 gift Certificate. Prizes are not transferable. All prizes will be awarded and will carry a use by date.
• Odds of winning are depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will have up to 30 days from the date their name is first posted to respond to the notification. Each winner, must be at least 21 years of age, If a selected winner is ineligible, fails to claim a prize no alternate winner will be selected. Each winner consents to the use of his/her name for publicity and purposes without further compensation.
• Conditions by entering, participants agree to be bound by these complete Rules and the decisions of Peppermill Reno which shall be final. All federal, state and local laws apply. Peppermill Reno their employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Peppermill Reno which may cause the drawing to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
