    Here at Saucy's, we offer five different styles of BBQ sauce from around the South. Each has its own flavor profile and style. We offer one sauce with each sandwich or entree. You can try additional sauces for $0.50 per order!!
    House
    Our version of a generic sweet and tangy, everyone-will-enjoy-it style BBQ sauce
    Kansas City
    This is a rich old-style sauce from the self-professed BBQ capital of the United States. It is a thick, tomato-rich, sweet sauce with a hint of spice that won't offend anyone. Suggested use on any one of our Ribs or Chicken.
    Texas
    Straight from the BBQ brisket state comes a tomato-based sauce that is loaded with onion, some mustard, chili sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and a little bit more than a little spice to liven things up a bit. Suggested use on Smoked Brisket.
    Memphis
    A down-home, thick, aromatic, tomato-based sauce. This one has a fair amount of mustard, chili, allspice, and cinnamon with a strong black pepper finish that lingers. This sauce is not for the weak of heart nor the meek and mild! Suggested use on any smiked meat that you'd like to liven up a bit.
    Peppered Vinaigrette
    An eastern Carolina vinegar-based sauce. As the name suggests, it is a sour sauce that packs quite a wallop of heat, but is balanced with just enough brown sugar to tame the other two. Suggested use on Pulled Pork.
