With craft cocktails and gorgeous views, Terrace Lounge is the place to be for an upscale, intimate experience. Set in a rotunda with gorgeous views of the pools and gardens, the plush furnishings and grand chandelier are as captivating as they are welcoming. The bar boasts seasonal cocktails and mocktails made with locally-sourced ingredients and over 390 exclusive whiskies rarely available to the public.

The Terrace Lounge hosts free live music every night, and provides the perfect platform for local and up-and-coming artists alike to showcase their talent to a new audience. Coupled with small plates from Biscotti’s, the Terrace Lounge is the perfect escape for a night on the town.

The Hive

Tamarind infused Herradura Silver tequila, house-made wildflower hot honey syrup, Gran Malo tamarind liqueur, and a touch of lime shaken and served on the rocks with a bee pollen salted rim and house-made honeycomb candy.

Harry’s 1927

The Boulevardier first appeared in Barflies & Cocktails, written by the famous Harry McElhone of Harry’s New York Bar in Paris. We combined a stone fruit infused Wild Turkey Rare Breed barrel proof bourbon with a house-made stone fruit syrup of apricot and nectarine, a touch of Aperol and Lo-Fi Sweet Vermouth. Stirred, served on a rock with an apricot macaroon from the Peppermill bakery.

Violet Beauregarde

She was the world record holder in chewing gum! Blueberry is the star of this whiskey smash. A house-made blueberry syrup mixes with Russell’s Reserve 6 year Rye, fresh lemon, and mint. Shaken, served on a rock with fresh mint and a blueberry meringue candy made by the Peppermill bakery.

Monkey Business

Banana butter infused Don Q Cristal rum, Tempus Fugit Crème de Banane and a house made hibiscus honey syrup with a few dashes of Angostura bitters, shaken and served up with a banana dust rim.

Flyin’ Purple People Eater

Buffalo Trace bourbon is shaken with a house-made blackberry lime syrup, a touch of Lillet Blanc, and fresh lime. Shaken, poured over ice and topped with Elderflower soda.

My Neighbor Totoro

Jasmine rice washed Kojiki Japanese whisky (rice washing creates a smoother cocktail!), house-made jasmine syrup, fresh lemon and a touch of honey are all shaken and served up with a yuzu foam.

That’s No Moon

An upgrade on the classic tiki cocktail, our version of the Saturn combines Brooklyn Gin, house-made velvet falernum, passion fruit puree, and house-made macadamia orgeat. Shaken, served tall on crushed ice with a few dashes of Angostura bitters.
