Terrace Lounge

With craft cocktails and gorgeous views, Terrace Lounge is the place to be for an upscale, intimate experience. Set in a rotunda with gorgeous views of the pools and gardens, the plush furnishings and grand chandelier are as captivating as they are welcoming. The bar boasts seasonal cocktails and mocktails made with locally-sourced ingredients and over 390 exclusive whiskies rarely available to the public.

The Terrace Lounge hosts free live music every night, and provides the perfect platform for local and up-and-coming artists alike to showcase their talent to a new audience. Coupled with small plates from Biscotti’s, the Terrace Lounge is the perfect escape for a night on the town. 

It’s Always Sunny

A classic daiquiri based on a favorite tropical treat, mango sticky rice. Planteray Original Dark rum features with a house-made mango and toasted rice syrup, a touch of lime, shaken and served up with a tart mango foam. -Created by Tyler

The Greek Key or Meander is a symbol of unity and protection. Could be considered bad luck not to try this perfect Greek dirty martini! Featuring Kastra Elion Premium sipping vodka from Greece, Kalamata olive brine and a few drops of confit garlic and oregano oil. This citrus forward mocktail features Giffard non-alcoholic Pamplemousse spirit, Lyre’s Pink London Spirit, and fresh grapefruit juice. Citrusy, floral and slightly bitter. Shaken, served up.

Our mocktail version of the Italian classic Garibaldi. Featuring Giffard non-alcoholic Aperitif Syrup, orange juice and a touch of lime juice. This bittersweet drink will have you dreaming of summers in Italy. Shaken, served over pebbled ice.

Hugo Spritz

Bubbly, minty and floral, what more could you ask for in a summer spritz? This mocktail features a chamomile infused Giffard non-alcoholic Elderflower spirit, shaken with mint and topped with Fever Tree Elderflower tonic. Served over.

Passion fruit, mango and a touch of lemon, topped with Lyre’s Classico Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine. Refreshing and slightly tart, we dare you to have just one! Shaken, served over.
