
Chef Ken Kelleher’s long experience as an Executive Chef has helped him open and continue running the incredible kitchens of Biscotti’s. Ken is no stranger to the Peppermill, having worked here in the early 80’s and helping to open our Wendover properties. Ken’s creativity and organizational skills also help in his overseeing of the resort’s banquet operations.
Ken has spent much time in Northern Nevada with his family, having run operations such as J.A. Nugget as well as Red Hawk Golf Club. Chef Kelleher constantly strives to make sure that Biscotti’s cuisine remains contemporary, yet has a comfortable feel.
