Paul’s gaming experience began some forty years ago on the other side of the world, in Macao. Over 30 years ago, he moved to the U.S. and worked at various positions in the gaming industry, including as a casino host.

For nearly 10 years, Paul worked as a regional executive, arranging gaming trips to some of the finest resorts in Nevada for customers all over northern California. His regional customer knowledge and strong affiliation with and understanding of the Asian market landed him at the Peppermill as Director of Asian Marketing for the last 10 years.

Paul also holds the distinct honor of Goodwill Ambassador to Hong Kong for the City of Reno.
